ALANI, a Greek word of Turkish origin, refers to a free-spirited boy roaming the streets, much like a vagabond or rolling stone.

This essence of movement and cultural exchange inspires the brand, which celebrates dough as a universal connector between traditions. Rooted in the founder's Greek and Turkish heritage, and shaped by a lifetime of global travel, Alani brings together dough recipes from around the world with creativity and a nod to tradition, the brand crafts playful, unexpected versions of classic baked goods, blending flavors and ideas collected along the journey.
